Algorithm Engineer

Requirements

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent hands‑on experience in applied algorithm development Strong background in computer vision and/or signal processing, including feature detection, calibration, optimization, and statistical analysis- at least 5 years Experience with machine learning and deep learning methods, tools, and frameworks Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for algorithm development and experimentation, with a strong engineering approach (code quality, testing, collaboration) Proven experience taking algorithms from concept and prototype to production systems with hardware in the loop (sensors, optics, illumination, motion) Background in semiconductor equipment, robotics, or motion control systems; familiarity with optics, illumination, and physics‑based modeling or simulation Experience with calibration and qualification workflows, and comfort balancing trade‑offs between accuracy, robustness, and cycle time Strong analytical skills with the ability to design experiments, analyze data, and clearly communicate results to multi-functional teams We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
