About This Role
- Responsible for design of sub system, opto-mechanical systems, precision mechanisms, and tooling for manufacture and service.
- Responsible for complete design process, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, analysis and FEA modeling, conceptual and detailed design using CAD tooling, detail drawings, procurement of prototype parts, prototype testing, system integration, and handoff to manufacturing。 Generate documentation (BOM, ECO, assembly drawings) required to release the design to manufacturing.
- Hands on support product system/subsystem installation and assembly.
- Supporting system engineer and Sr. mechanical engineer for product design release.
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying KT local suppliers, closely work with supplier and vendor to deliver high quality parts on time.
