- Key Responsibilities: - Own critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to enable device miniaturization and integrated circuit mass production. - Conduct tests, measurements, and monitor processes to ensure control over dimensions and defectivity. - Recommend and implement modifications to optimize equipment performance, production efficiencies, and manufacturing techniques. - Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, cost, yield, and productivity metrics. - Support technology transfer to global manufacturing sites by training, auditing, and ensuring matched processing across locations. - Manage equipment installation and qualification during factory ramps, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards. - Develop and optimize systems to prevent process excursions and detect discrepancies in equipment operation. - Collaborate with suppliers, virtual factory teams, and stakeholders to drive performance improvements and resolve operational challenges. - Provide technical guidance and training to technicians to enhance their skill sets and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Physics, Materials, or Science. - Experience with integrated circuit assembly manufacturing processes or semiconductor industry is required. - Proficiency in structured problem-solving methods (e.g., A3, PDCA cycles). - Strong data analysis and visualization skills using software such as Excel, JMP, SQL Pathfinder, and Power BI. - Knowledge of process control systems, manufacturing quality standards, and equipment optimization techniques. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Engineering, Science, or related fields. - Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing capacity management, factory physics, and dynamic environments. - Experience with equipment/process engineering, including tool mechanisms, behaviors, and improvement methodologies. - Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for technology and innovation, coupled with a collaborative mindset to drive impactful results.
