- Key Responsibilities: Architect and define systems requirements for high speed SerDes architectures.
- Perform system testing and modelling infrastructure to optimize IP architectures Design and deliver systems solutions that meet standards across the ecosystem.
- Develop integrated hardware, software, and data architecture solutions that address performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design innovative enhancements for systems aligned with client and market expectations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of specifications, operational methodologies, and best practices to ensure seamless system delivery and adoption.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex systems concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, 6+ years or Master's degree with 4+ years or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with SerDes systems architecture definition and hardware systems and subsystems.
- Experience in debugging, problem-solving and system architecture concepts.
- Hands-on experience with PAM4 SerDes 1+ MATLAB and Simulink for simulation and modeling.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $170,500.00-315,490.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
