- Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards. - Benchmark and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation within Intel's supply chain. - Support product development by defining next-generation methodology capabilities aligned with Intel's supply chain roadmap. - Establish control standards, define KPIs, and monitor supplier performance against targets. - Drive supplier process window validation activities on critical process modules throughout development stages. - Lead supplier improvements on quality, reliability, yield, and cost through close collaboration. - Maintain quality systems and standards, creating relevant specifications to minimize variability and ensure operational alignment. - Lead quality excursion management and failure mode analysis with suppliers to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as supply chain management, engineering, business operations, or related disciplines and 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or PhD with no required experience. - Proven proficiency in new product introduction processes, supply chain strategies, and data analysis. - Experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional projects and driving measurable outcomes. - Advanced knowledge of supply chain systems and tools.
- Preferred Qualifications - Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to effectively drive initiatives and influence stakeholders. - An innovative mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities. - Passion for growth and development within the supply chain domain.
