About This Role

- Key Responsibilities - Execute and manage new product introduction processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Intel's standards of excellence. - Lead and support cross-functional project teams to streamline supply chain operations and enhance efficiency. - Develop, implement, and refine supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and support growth. - Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives. - Identify process improvements and drive innovation to optimize supply chain performance. - Analyze data to monitor supply chain metrics and make strategic recommendations for improvement. - Apply project management principles to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as supply chain management, engineering, business operations, or related disciplines and 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or PhD with no required experience. - Proven proficiency in new product introduction processes, supply chain strategies, and data analysis. - Experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional projects and driving measurable outcomes. - Advanced knowledge of supply chain systems and tools.
- Preferred Qualifications - Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to effectively drive initiatives and influence stakeholders. - An innovative mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities. - Passion for growth and development within the supply chain domain.
