- This position is for one of the leading roles in the Capital Markets Group and will report to the Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets, FX and Investments.
- As a Sr Manager, Treasury Capital Markets, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage Intel's $50B debt portfolio, related asset liability management program, shareholder distribution programs, $10B revolving credit facilities, credit rating agencies, tax credit deals, various structured finance opportunities and more.
- A critical aspect of the position is responsibility for capital structure planning and allocation, creating Board presentations, and helping drive other Treasurer and CFO driven initiatives.
- This position will also involve frequent communication with Intel's banking partners and other internal organizations.
- This role also maintains close collaboration and partnership with the legal, tax and accounting teams to ensure regulatory compliance, control, and accurate financial reporting.
- The Capital Markets group at Intel provides a unique opportunity to be highly engaged with the Treasurer, CFO and Board of Directors, while frequently working on the execution of transactions.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $138,820.00-234,200.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
