• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or in a STEM related field of study 7+ years of semiconductor/ advanced silicon packaging expertise in one of the following: technology development, product development, or manufacturing Program management experience Experience leading technology phase gates or similar technical program management Experience with silicon , advanced packaging, and manufacturing processes Preferred Qualifications Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field) PMP certification standards Foundry experience Customer-facing semiconductor industry experience Intel experience (but not required – we love fresh perspectives!) • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $160,980.00-311,040.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
