About This Role
- The Corporate Planning Capabilities (CPC) organization is seeking an accomplished leader in Business Process and Planning Transformation to join our team.
- In this critical position you will drive the comprehensive redesign, from concept through implementation, of organizational business processes, systems, and strategies.
- As a subject matter expert across supply chain transformation, you will lead complex projects ensuring program objectives and schedules are met, while balancing and advocating for operations/business needs.

- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning and execution of technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and systems requirements.
- Partner with a broad network of experts to lead supply chain planning capability analyses and design.
- Cross-functional collaboration to develop comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment of resources to program scope, schedules, and budget.
- Integrate industry standards to optimize Intel's supply chain.
- Develop and document business processes and training material.
- Lead implementation processes including testing, training, change control, and transition management.
- Proactively identify and address challenges/risk to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct project close-out assessments, documenting lessons learned and providing recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines. 6+ years of combined experience with one or more of the following: Operations experience in Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning; Business Solution Development including Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools; Program and/or Project Management in Supply Chain or Demand Planning related fields.
- Strong technical aptitude to interpret and validate user and technical requirements.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines.
- Previous semiconductor supply chain experience.
- Experience with Executive and/or Management level communication on status, actions, risks, and mitigation.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems architecture and industry-standard frameworks.
- Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning (BCM) This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $142,060.00-236,810.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
