About This Role

  • We are seeking a robotic software developer.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating new and existing robotic solutions that extend the capabilities of our existing systems.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and integrate software solutions for robotic systems within existing manufacturing systems to automate processes and tasks within an industrial environment.
  • Writing, testing, and debugging code for robotic applications, including motion control, sensor integration, and communication protocols.
  • Extend the capabilities of existing robotic solutions through software development.
  • Enhancing the performance and efficiency of robotic systems through software improvements and algorithm optimization.
  • Creating detailed documentation for software designs, code, and system configurations to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Conducting rigorous testing and validating robotic systems to ensure reliability and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test robotic systems and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic systems and software.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies and applying innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience as a full-stack software developer, developing in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, Java, SQL, NoSQL 1+ years of experience developing platform-agnostic software such as Windows, Linux, Android, IOS and ROS (Robot Operating System) 1+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools Job Type: College Grad Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America) Primary Location: US, Arizona, Phoenix Additional Locations: Business group: Intel Foundry strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art while delighting our customers -- from delivering cutting-edge silicon process and packaging technology leadership for the AI era, enabling our customers to design leadership products, global manufacturing scale and supply chain, through the continuous yield improvements to advanced packaging all the way to final test and assembly.

  • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $95,640.00-156,740.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
