• Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for solutions incorporating Intel products and technologies, ensuring readiness for market deployment.
• Drive solution design by developing and implementing tools for product design, development, and validation.
• Deliver technical issue resolution support during the development, testing, and production phases of product deployment.
• Evaluate, design, and develop new software and hardware fixtures to validate and optimize product quality and performance.
• Create product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and supporting technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including silicon, hardware, and software groups, to successfully launch new products.
• Partner with customers during R&D and validation phases to mitigate production challenges, and ensure smooth product ramp.
• Provide customer training and health oversight while offering rapid technical support and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
