- Minimum Qualifications US Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access Bachelor's degree in STEM related field of study 4+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, IT infrastructure or software development 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles 1+ years of people management experience Preferred Qualifications Active US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance Post Graduate degree in STEM related field of study Background in government contracting or defense manufacturing Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes Intel is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security, innovation, and operational excellence in support of government programs.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $128,880.00-245,160.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
