About This Role
- As a NPI integrator, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Intel's manufacturing and technology transfer operations.
- In this position, you will define new product landing plan and establish methodologies that ensure seamless technology transfers and process integration, enabling Intel to deliver innovative solutions to the market.
- You will be at the forefront during NPI phase, improving quality, defect management, and yield performance as well as transition to high-volume manufacturing.
- Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to achieve its milestones, meet quality standards, and deliver exceptional products.
- Key Responsibilities Define roadmaps to meet requirements, milestones, and goals for incoming technology transfers.
- Develop and establish workflows, procedures, and equipment configurations for module integration.
- Extract insights from structured and unstructured data sets using statistical methods, machine learning, and coding techniques such as SQL and Python.
- Drive low yield analysis and improvement activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement programs to address and prevent quality, line yield, and product yield excursions.
- Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes.
- Ensure system, process, and material readiness for new product and technology introductions.
- Manage sample build planning and deliverables to meet client and organizational needs.
- Act as a key interface to cross-functional teams, including development teams, virtual factories, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good English communication.
- Proven strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable in structured problem solving method, data driven mindset.
- Proficiency with data mining & visualization methods.
- Strong foundation in Shop Floor execution, Module integration background will be a plus for candidates.
- Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data mining, visualization methods, or AI/ML application.
- Background in production floor operations, module integration, or related environments.
- Knowledge of silicon-to-electronics packaging interactions or similar technical fields.
