NPI Integrator

About This Role

• As a NPI integrator, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Intel's manufacturing and technology transfer operations.
• In this position, you will define new product landing plan and establish methodologies that ensure seamless technology transfers and process integration, enabling Intel to deliver innovative solutions to the market.
• You will be at the forefront during NPI phase, improving quality, defect management, and yield performance as well as transition to high-volume manufacturing.
• Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to achieve its milestones, meet quality standards, and deliver exceptional products.
• Key Responsibilities Define roadmaps to meet requirements, milestones, and goals for incoming technology transfers.
• Develop and establish workflows, procedures, and equipment configurations for module integration.
• Extract insights from structured and unstructured data sets using statistical methods, machine learning, and coding techniques such as SQL and Python.
• Drive low yield analysis and improvement activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement programs to address and prevent quality, line yield, and product yield excursions.
• Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes.
• Ensure system, process, and material readiness for new product and technology introductions.
• Manage sample build planning and deliverables to meet client and organizational needs.
• Act as a key interface to cross-functional teams, including development teams, virtual factories, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
