  • Key Responsibilities - Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Operate production equipment from a remote operations center or within the factory environment, making real-time adjustments to optimize processes. - Conduct equipment setup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities to maintain equipment stability and performance. - Analyze operating data and implement process optimizations to ensure production efficiency. - Collaborate with peers and management to meet production schedule requirements and escalate risks appropriately. - Support activities related to the installation, qualification, and maintenance of new or reused production equipment. - Inspect raw materials and final products, performing quality control evaluations to meet established standards. - Drive quality and cost improvements in collaboration with engineering teams. - Maintain comprehensive production logs and documentation as required by standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent) with 0-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments. - Demonstrated knowledge of equipment monitoring and problem-solving through academic coursework, internships, or hands-on training. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for data analysis and documentation. - Familiarity with manufacturing processes and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Preferred Qualifications - Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment, mechanical systems, or hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Knowledge of thermodynamic systems and vision recognition systems. - Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern to support 24/7 manufacturing operations, as required. - Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software applications. - Ability to analyze complex electrical schematics or mechanical drawings and interpret system repair manuals. - Hands-on experience in repairing and calibrating equipment using mechanical and/or electrical measuring devices.
