- Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret supply chain data using advanced business intelligence tools and techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, operations, and procurement, to align strategies and drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Utilize data management best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy across complex datasets.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems to support future growth and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or BS degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. 4 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 or more years with a Master's degree, or zero years with a PhD.
- Demonstrated proficiency in business data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with data management and analysis in tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and interpret complex data models.
- Familiarity with business intelligence solutions and tools for driving decision-making.
- Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field is a plus.
- Experience in a global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for addressing challenges in innovative ways.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain and data analytics.
