About This Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Engineer to join our team-oriented environment as a Mask Operations Module Engineer.
- This role offers the opportunity to take primary ownership of our production mask repair module performance at the factory level.
- The position is available on our Compressed Work Week Shift 4 schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance while contributing to critical manufacturing operations.
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide guidance to MMTs to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques and respond to requests or events as they occur.
- Be the expert on the various mask repair module tools be trained and certified on them to execute complicated repairs.
- Provide timely repair assessments and recommend creation of backup lots to minimize customer mask delivery delay.
- Develop repair strategies ensuring that they are executed in a timely manner.
- Own shift repair module MMT training/certifications.
- In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate: Ability to handle pressure and time in a sensitive 7X24 manufacturing environment.
- Able to multi-task, communicate, and provide clear decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Customer oriented.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or a related STEM degree with 1+ years of experience.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $85,200.00-139,810.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
