- Key Responsibilities: Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks, following established procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Support the development, building, and testing of new products, prototypes, and processes for quality and functionality.
- Collect and evaluate operational data to conduct online equipment adjustments and optimize processes.
- Maintain production efficiency by monitoring equipment, adjusting machinery settings, and ensuring the proper use of automated systems.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, parts, components, and finished products to confirm adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations Manager and team members to meet production output goals, escalating issues when schedules are at risk.
- Support activities related to the installation, qualification, maintenance, and training of new or reused production equipment.
- Maintain production logs and documentation, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost and quality improvements in conjunction with engineering teams Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: SPM holder or equivalent. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor equipment and perform disciplined execution of assigned tasks.
- Understanding of high-volume manufacturing workflows and processes.
