About This Role
- Regular onsite role with readiness to work in shifts.
- Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring outputs meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Support developing, building, and testing new products, prototypes, or processes; operate equipment in-factory or remotely.
- Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency.
- Set up and operate equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices; support installation, basic maintenance, and training of production equipment.
- Maximize equipment utilization and automated systems; work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output requirements and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain raw material availability, conduct quality checks, drive process improvements, and maintain production logs and documentation.
- This role offers a one‑year contract with the opportunity for an additional one‑year extension.
- There is also potential for conversion to a permanent position, subject to business needs and strong candidate performance.
