Senior Engineer FMEA and Quality Management System

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 8+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry or EMS Industry with annual revenue in excess of $1 billion USD Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence across teams.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications Proven experience serving as an FMEA Administrator, Champion, or Domain Expert, driving risk-based thinking and preventive quality strategies across multi-functional organizations.
• Strong knowledge of AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology, risk prioritization, action management, and integration of lessons learned into FMEA processes.
• Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Experience leading internal, external, customer, and certification audits, with a demonstrated track record of sustaining audit readiness and driving effective corrective actions.
• Proficiency in advanced quality and statistical tools, including FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, APQP, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes .
