• As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving Intel's manufacturing excellence and contributing to the success of production facilities.
• You will lead a team of Operators and technicians, overseeing essential operational processes, equipment maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal factory performance.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team responsible for factory operations, equipment maintenance, and repair.
• Ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing operations while meeting production schedules.
• Oversee the flow of work through the factory, streamlining processes across teams and divisions.
• Act as the first responder to operational, safety, and security issues within assigned toolsets or areas.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues affecting factory operations and tool health.
• Establish and implement tactical plans to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Ensure effective employee staffing, including workstation assignments, shift rotations, and PTO requests.
• Own shift schedules, employee training plans, and performance monitoring to maintain production readiness.
• Develop long-term strategies to align manufacturing operations capabilities with future requirements.
• Inspire and empower teams through clear goal setting, maintaining accountability, and fostering engagement.
