- In this position, you will define roadmaps, establish procedures, and lead initiatives to ensure the seamless transfer of incoming technologies into high-volume manufacturing.

- The successful candidate in this role will perform the following but not limited to: Develop and define roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, performance goals, and milestones.
- Establish process flows, procedures, and equipment configurations for module integration.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques, with expertise in tools such as SQL and Python.
- Perform low-yield analysis and drive yield improvement activities in startup and high-volume production environments.
- Lead continuous improvement programs to sustain quality and minimize yield excursions.
- Conduct quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve challenges.
- Mentor team members, foster technical growth, and act as a change agent within Intel's technical community.
- Formulate technical strategies that align organizational goals with industry-leading solutions.

- Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a Semiconductor-related STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) field of study (with a focus on hands-on experimental research) OR a Master's degree candidates should have 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor device related field.
