About This Role
- The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Lead end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily logistics operations across facilities and transportation networks.
- Optimize warehouse processes, inventory levels, and distribution efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for on-time delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead teams and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree. 5+ years logistics management experience, WMS/ERP knowledge, strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
Nice to Have
- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Supply chain certification (APICS/CSCMP), manufacturing experience, lean methodology knowledge.
- Core Skills: Strategic thinking, team leadership, process improvement, vendor management.
