- Key Responsibilities - Assist in the configuration and maintenance of IT systems and enterprise applications. - Support the operations of data centers by addressing hardware and software issues. - Troubleshoot and debug IT challenges to ensure efficient system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support cloud, network, and database solutions that enhance business processes. - Apply Agile methodology and disciplined execution techniques to support IT project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Foundational knowledge and/or experience in Agile methodology, DevOps practices, and Python programming. - Familiarity with system administration, debugging, troubleshooting techniques, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Preferred Qualifications - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. - Proactive learner with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for exploring innovative technologies. - Passion for contributing to a diverse and inclusive team environment.
