- Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for HR support in regions such as Greater Asia & Greater Europe and Israel, responding to inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
- Research, analyze, and apply HR guidelines to resolve employee issues related to benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and employee programs.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, emphasizing relationship-building, care, and thorough issue resolution.
- Monitor and proactively address changes in volume, complexity, and cadence, adhering to service quality standards defined by the region.
- Execute complex HR data transactions while maintaining data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify patterns, address service pain points, and recommend improvements to HR processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in HR policies, procedures, and systems, contributing to a positive and productive working environment for all employees.
- Support strategic decision-making efforts within the Human Resources Global Services organization through operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in HR, Communications, Management or Psychology.
- Proven investigative and analytical skills with the ability to follow through for satisfactory issue closure Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Ability to focus and pay attention to detail Ability to read contents/materials online quickly, comprehend them and apply the needed information to the questions asked on demand from customers.
- Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email and Internet Excellent work ethic and positive attitude are required Excellent interpersonal skills required Consistently delivering high-quality customer service with focus on building employee relationships and achieving quality results Ability to work as an individual contributor and collectively as a team member Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday, Service Now, or SQL.
- Proficient in MS office package- Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Minimum 2 years working in Contact Center experience is an added advantage Candidate must be willing to work from 10 .00am – 7.00 pm from Monday to Friday to support cross regional operations.
