About This Role

• The role is performed Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm.

• Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for global employee HR inquiries across phone, chat, email, and web channels Research HR guidelines, policies, and procedures to resolve employee questions accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed documentation of employee interactions and solutions in HR systems Escalate complex issues while maintaining case ownership and ensuring resolution Conduct operational audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and customer engagement Analyze data to improve service content and knowledge base effectiveness As a successful candidate, you must possess: Customer Service Excellence: Natural ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal English communication Adaptability: Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels Continuous Learning: Eagerness to grow and improve processes Take the next step in your HR career with Intel.
