- As the first point of contact for HR support in the Americas region for current and former employees, the primary responsibility is to resolve questions and issues related to the HR life cycle.
- This role requires engaging with Intel employees through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone to successfully and thoroughly investigate and resolve employee issues while providing superb customer service.
- The role is performed Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
- Operational hours change to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in alignment with Daylight Saving Time.
- Please consider that this is a Temporary position.
- Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for current and former employees in the Americas region.
- Engage with employees through multiple communication channels including chat, email, and phone.
- Investigate and resolve employee questions and issues related to the HR life cycle.
- Conduct extensive research of relevant guidelines while staying actively engaged with the employee throughout the entire process.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to successfully resolve more complex customer queries.
- Ensure employees are handled with care during the entire resolution process.
- Share ideas to continuously help improve the organization by enhancing processes, customer engagement, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Requirements
- are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Must be pursuing or have completed a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (2+ years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree). 1+ year of contact center experience. 1+ year of HR shared services experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Proficient knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Must have permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
- Preferred Qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
- Customer service and/or process improvement certifications.
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience, and/or schoolwork/classes/research.
