About This Role
- The Role and Impact The Financial Analyst role is a pivotal position within Intel, designed to drive strategic financial insights and support decision-making across various business units.

- Key Responsibilities - Create and analyze financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, and variance explanations. - Evaluate accounting and reporting standards while recommending solutions to maintain compliance and data integrity. - Develop budgets and forecasts to guide the decision-making processes of business leaders, project teams, and operational groups. - Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in month-end close processes and management reporting cycles. - Prepare and maintain operational budgets, forecasts, plans, and reports to support organizational performance goals. - Recommend and implement financial process improvements, including automation strategies for data analysis and report delivery. - Develop periodic management reports for measuring the performance of business units and the overall organization. - Conduct root cause analysis to explain cost variances against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
- The job is performed from Kiryat Gat campus at least 4 days a week Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or BS degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience based on business needs. - Proficiency in financial reporting and modeling tools, with strong analytical skills.
