About This Role
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading diverse operational teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
- This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a results-driven approach to managing complex operations across multiple functions.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across teams.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
- Oversee resource allocation and optimize processes for maximum productivity.
- Build, maintain, and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; proactively communicate priorities, risks, and progress; align expectations, and ensure needs are incorporated into planning and execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high levels of performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to achieve targets.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
- Prepare for and manage emergency situations effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in Manufacturing or Industrial related fields. 3+ years of experience managing teams. 5+ years of facilities or manufacturing operations management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written) Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in engineering in Manufacturing or Industrial related fields. 5+ years of experience managing teams. 5+ years of experience in Industrial Control Systems 10+ years of facilities or manufacturing operations management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
