About This Role
- To support project management activities (including lab fit up project, office retrofit project etc) and ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities while maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, track project milestones/ deliverables, prepare project status reports and presentations Leading as Engineering Team lead on Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical for KM3 or PG17 and provide guidance to Facilities Team.
- Leading the Engineering Project and provide supervision.
Qualifications
- Min 3 years project coordinator related working experience Technical skills: Autodesk/CAD, project management tools (eg.
- Microsoft project etc) Interior design or architectural background preferred 3-5 years’ experience in handling mechanical system on facilities.
- Familiar with AHU, MAH, Cooling tower and ability to work independently.
