• Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of engineers overseeing facility safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Analyze client needs to develop plans, RFQs, RFIs, and specifications for facility improvements. - Supervise capital equipment installations, ensuring alignment with project scopes, drawings, budget, and timelines. - Facilitate workflow management for contract project managers involved in installations and construction ramps. - Drive effective communication during emergencies affecting facility services, ensuring business continuity. - Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting and invoice processing. - Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans for stakeholders. - Promote employee engagement through event planning and execution within budget and timelines. - Ensure sustainable energy management and systems design for long-term operational success. - Support factory ramps by enabling commissioning and operational readiness of transferred technologies. - Apply differentiated performance management to build effective teams and inspire results through others. - Maintain accountability, set clear goals, and ensure disciplined execution across the team.
