- The Role and Impact: As a Facilities Mechanical area Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the mechanical system well-being not limited to safety, Quality, Reliability and cost efficiency.
- By driving operational excellence in building and facilities management, you will enable Intel's factories to thrive during technology transfers, construction ramps, and factory production needs.

- Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of engineers overseeing facility safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. - Analyze client needs to develop plans, RFQs, RFIs, and specifications for facility improvements. - Supervise capital equipment installations, ensuring alignment with project scopes, drawings, budget, and timelines. - Facilitate workflow management for contract project managers involved in installations and construction ramps. - Drive effective communication during emergencies affecting facility services, ensuring business continuity. - Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting and invoice processing. - Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans for stakeholders. - Promote employee engagement through event planning and execution within budget and timelines. - Ensure sustainable energy management and systems design for long-term operational success. - Support factory ramps by enabling commissioning and operational readiness of transferred technologies. - Apply differentiated performance management to build effective teams and inspire results through others. - Maintain accountability, set clear goals, and ensure disciplined execution across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience managing facilities operations. - Proficiency with systems design, EHS risk management, and sustainable energy management practices. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineer and technician in achieving operational excellence. - Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor contract management. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Proven ability to develop others and build effective teams in diverse and dynamic environments. - Expertise in driving results through others and applying analytical thinking to complex challenges.
