- Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for solutions that incorporate Intel products and technologies, ensuring end-to-end readiness for market deployment.
- Collaborate with internal and external silicon, hardware, and software development teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Design, develop, and validate new software and hardware tools, ensuring product quality and performance optimization.
- Create technical collateral, including product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and validation tools.
- Partner with customer research and development (RnD) and manufacturing teams to integrate design for excellence (DFx) requirements, mitigate factory challenges, and provide technical training.
- Deliver health oversight and technical support to ensure smooth product ramp and systematic improvements.
- Drive customer engagement and problem-solving initiatives to address technical issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Influence solution design by collaborating with ecosystem and industry partners to enable platform readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 5 or more years of experience with server or client or embedded system development experience.
- Knowledge of hardware systems and subsystems, systems architecture, and validation processes.
- Experience in developing and utilizing technical documentation, such as design guides and validation tools.
- Proficiency in working with hardware and software integration to enable high-quality solutions.
- Proven track record of solving technical challenges and supporting product deployment.
- Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in customer engagement, consulting, and support to deliver impactful technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex customer challenges.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative product development.
