• The IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) Trade group is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with expertise in International Trade and SAP S4/GTS.
• This temporary position is for one-year in duration and will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to new systems, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and minimizing legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Key Responsibilities: Conduct change impact assessments and maintain detailed documentation.
• Complete end-user and stakeholder segmentation analysis.
• Document business processes and map workflows using diagrams and flowcharts.
• Lead awareness, training, and adoption events with users and stakeholders.
• Develop plans for program deliverables and manage execution to plan.
• Participate in testing, defect identification, and issue resolution.
