• Position Overview: We are seeking a Construction Finance Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of settlement reporting, cost allocation processes, and project financial governance.
• In this leadership role, you will guide a team of analysts, ensure accuracy and consistency in cost reporting, and serve as the primary financial partner to Project Managers and cross functional leaders.
• You will set standards for DSD change integration, develop and refine indirect allocation methodologies, and drive process improvements that strengthen financial transparency across the organization.
• You'll take ownership of the settlement management framework-overseeing reporting schedules, validating project modifications, ensuring accurate indirect percentages, and providing actionable insights that support key business decisions.
