Capital Financial Analyst

About This Role

• Intel is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Capital Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to the success of our rapidly evolving business landscape.
• In this role, you will enable business units across all Intel groups to execute their capital spending strategies by managing the end-to-end financial processes from initial forecasting through fund authorization to actual expenditure tracking.
• You will serve as a key financial partner, ensuring seamless system operations, accurate reporting, and process optimization that directly supports Intel's strategic capital investments and business growth objectives.
• The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Capital Process Management and System Operations • Execute system transactions to support business partners' capital forecasting, fund authorization requests, and expenditure tracking • Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation and maintenance for capital projects across Intel business units Financial Analysis and Reporting • Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for leadership decision-making Process Improvement and Automation • Identify, develop, and implement innovative process improvements • Recommend and develop automation solutions to streamline system transactions, reporting processes while enhancing user experience and reducing manual intervention • Design and optimize financial tools that bridge technical system capabilities with business requirements • Support the evaluation and implementation of new financial systems and technologies Collaboration and Compliance • Partner with cross-functional teams including business units, procurement, and IT to ensure seamless capital process execution • Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies This role offers the opportunity to directly impact Intel's capital investment capabilities while working with cutting-edge financial systems and processes in a dynamic technology environment.
