Are you ready to help shape the future of cloud software solutions? As a Cloud Software Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative Containers as a Service (CaaS) solutions that enhance computing experiences.
You will work across the full software stack, spanning multiple operating systems and platforms, to design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge cloud technologies.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions across various operating systems and platforms.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for efficient deployment, operation, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into larger systems.
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Contribute to all stages of product delivery, including testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in software and/or systems engineering. 3+ years of experience: Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployment and maintenance.
With containerization technologies beyond Kubernetes (i.e.
Docker, Docker registry) With Linux operating systems.
Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Go Experience developing AI MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and integrations Knowledge of AI Agent development, deployment, and orchestration Experience with monitoring and observability tools ( Prometheus, Grafana , ELK stack) Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, Chef, or Salt.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Understanding of virtualization technologies Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
