  • Key Responsibilities Execute benefits and retirement processes for the Great America Region Provide expert support and solutions for employee inquiries Collaborate with Program Offices to enhance program design and employee experience Generate complex reports and resolve system discrepancies Support payments and Purchase Order submission Apply analytical thinking to improve process quality and efficiency Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HRGO teams Contribute to global quality, customer service, and process improvement initiatives As a successful candidate, you must possess Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented approach with quality focus Customer-service mindset Adaptability in ambiguous situations Ready to advance your HR career while making a global impact? Requirements

  • Advanced English Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Phycology or related 3+ years of related work experience in human resources support or benefit program administration or related and Microsoft Excel skills Preferred Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in: Automation experience (RPA, RDA) Benefits and Retirement programs background Process improvement/Lean methodology knowledge Business Process Management experience Job Type: Intel Contract Employee Shift: Shift 1 (Costa Rica) Primary Location: Costa Rica, San Jose Additional Locations: Business group: Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values.
