- Join Intel as an AMHS Shift Group Leader (SGL), where you will lead a talented team of Technicians dedicated to developing and sustaining impactful solutions across Intel's AMHS portfolio towards Foundry AMHS Objectives.
- Your scope involves delivering high performing AMHS operations across Intel Foundry Fabs and Facilities located across two campuses in Aloha and Gordon Moore Park (Ronler Acres) in Oregon.
- As a leader in this role, you will be expected to work on a Compressed Work Week (CWW) shift both in an operational and a strategic role to deliver effective standardization and management of all aspects of the shift AMHS Operations.
- Responsible for organizational health with employee engagement and development, part of core deliverables.
- Scope will also include resourcing, tracking and management of all Continuous Improvement Projects identified by our Domain Product Groups.
- Working within the AMHS team, the SGL will work closely with the EOM (Engineering Ops Manager) to deliver world-class operational performance.
- With a focus on Customer at the center, the SGL will be required to work closely with our customer supporting any AMHS factory impacts, crisis management and any factory task forces where AMHS Support is required.
- Key Responsibilities, not limited to: Meeting shift AMHS KPIs for Safety, Operational performance, Service Level Agreement on time-to-repair and Preventive maintenance program.
- Establish requirements and deliver Training and Proficiency goals towards ISO objectives.
- Strategic and tactical management of your team across campuses, navigate suppliers on your shifts to achieve AMHS goals.
- Set clear goals, allocate resources effectively, and facilitate work execution to ensure team alignment and accountability.
- Delivering a standardized shift operational model aligned to the IFA-AMHS Service Structure.
- Clear focus on HPM and Operations excellence (OpX) to deliver world class IFA-AMHS operational performance 24x7 while identifying and implementing Continuous improvement.
- Inspire and develop team members by role modeling Intel's values, providing coaching, and driving differentiated performance management.
- Working closely with peer managers and EOM (engineering Ops manager) to effectively manage our equipment suppliers and Flex Fab support models.
- Providing backfill coverage for AMHS onCall, holidays, Sabbatical etc. in collaboration with peer AMHS SGLs.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement to enable high-quality software delivery while solving customer challenges.
- Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to organizational goals by fostering innovation, problem-solving, and disciplined execution within the team.
- Engage in customer and stakeholder interactions, ensuring alignment and responsiveness to business needs and technical requirements.

- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- This role will be a people manager position and will have direct reports Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Or 5+ years of equivalent experience in place of a degree. 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical field.
- Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of management experience and Proven track record as a people manager.
- Factory Business Acumen demonstrated through working successfully with customers Broad Understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing and the IFA-AMHS Service Proficiency with data analytical/statistical tools such as JMP or Excel/Pivot Tables Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Resource and Project Management techniques/tools Broad understanding of ITIL Service Management desired We encourage you to bring your expertise, leadership capabilities, and passion for innovation to Intel's AMHS team.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $128,880.00-211,200.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
