About This Role
- The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Performs various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project related activities in support of senior and executive level staff.
- Provides advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and providing advanced administrative support.
- Coordinates phone calls and direct calls to the right stakeholders.
- Help prepare for meetings and accurately record minutes from the meetings.
- Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Manages calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting for one or more executives or managers.
- Collects data and conducts data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Manages databases.
- Collaborate with administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control.
- Build administrative community, provides learning and training opportunities for other administrative support staff.
- A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits: Willing to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach.
- Willing to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Associate degree or equivalent. 5+ years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience supporting individuals or teams.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., calendar management, email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
Nice to Have
- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive support role.
- Experience supporting managers, senior leaders, or cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through on action items.
- Familiarity with internal systems, processes, or enterprise tools used for scheduling, reporting, or document management.
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $67,050.00-94,660.00 USD (Hourly Role) The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
