- Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain Intel's financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies, IFRS, US GAAP, and government regulations. - Manage interactions with external auditors, government authorities, and other stakeholders, delivering essential financial insights. - Validate month-end accounts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reported results while resolving variances and preparing actionable insights. - Prepare statutory financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other required disclosures. - Manage monthly and quarterly filings with regulatory bodies, addressing governmental requirements and deadlines. - Execute statutory audit processes by engaging with auditors, preparing PBC schedules, and coordinating supporting documentation. - Develop, revise, and maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with accounting standards. - Support legal entity restructuring, eliminations, and new entity setup initiatives, ensuring compliance during transitions. - Participate in regulatory audits and manage compliance with emerging standards such as ESG and AMLA. - Contribute to system and process simplification projects, including SAP S4 system design and implementation solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and address complex accounting issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. - Demonstrated proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory compliance standards. - Expertise in financial systems such as SAP S4 and reporting tools. - At least 3+ years of experience in accounting or auditing within a global organization. - Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in month-end and quarter-end close processes. - Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Preferred Qualifications - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. - Experience with complex regulatory audits and financial compliance matters. - Familiarity with semiconductor or manufacturing industry processes. - Results-driven mindset and critical thinking skills to challenge the status quo and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Experience participating in process improvement or system optimization initiatives.
