VP Module Engineering

What You'll Do

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications : Education & Experience Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams in a high-volume foundry or advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Technical & Leadership Competencies Deep understanding of semiconductor process technologies (e.g., CMOS, FinFET, RF, analog/mixed-signal).
• Strong knowledge of equipment engineering, yield improvement methodologies, and statistical process control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects across geographies.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to translate technical goals into operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with global teams and customers.
