Sr Engineer (Parts Repair: Electronics/RFCM)

What You'll Do

• Perform precision maintenance and repair of RF Generators and RF Matching Networks .
• Work at the component level to diagnose and restore high‑frequency electronic systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure equipment meets OEM specifications .
• Conduct performance validation and deep-dive failure analysis .
• Technical Skill Requirements Strong foundation in RF theory (impedance matching, Smith Charts, VSWR).
• Ability to read and interpret complex electronic schematics .
• Advanced SMT soldering proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with bench instruments: Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) Spectrum analyzers Oscilloscopes Soft Skills & Behavioral Traits Strong analytical mindset; acts as a technical detective to uncover true root causes.
• Clear and adaptable communication skills for reporting complex failures.
• High attention to detail; ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, down-tool environments .
• Sense of urgency and commitment to equipment uptime and manufacturing continuity.
