Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in hiring for engineering or technical roles is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to University Relations (UR) or campus hiring is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Meticulous and good team player.
