What You'll Do

  • Support preventive maintenance activities, basic troubleshooting, and tool recovery tasks for Implant equipment to sustain equipment readiness and minimize downtime.
  • Assist engineers and technicians in executing maintenance procedures, following SOPs, documenting checks, and ensuring proper handover of line issues.
  • Monitor equipment performance indicators, SPC charts, maintenance records, and basic technical data to identify trends and support improvement actions.
  • Participate in equipment improvement, housekeeping, safety, and wafer scrap reduction initiatives in collaboration with engineers, specialists, manufacturing, and module teams.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs .
  • Required Qualifications: Education – Actively pursuing a diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics Engineering or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong planning & organizational skills Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fab operations, cleanroom practices, or equipment maintenance concepts.
