Senior Lead, Commercial Transformation & Governance

Nice to Have

• & Skills Experience in these areas is a plus, though not required: Experience acting as a Business Process Owner, Product Owner, or Transformation Lead.
• Exposure to AI and automation use cases in commercial or operational environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story development, acceptance criteria, test case development, and UAT coordination.
• Prior involvement in M&A integration for business processes, systems, or data.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR (or equivalent).
• Experience working within the global semiconductor industry.
• Expected Salary Range $105,000.00 - $215,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
