What You'll Do

  • Conduct routine analytical jobs using defined and documented procedures meeting or exceeding cycle time and quality standard expectations Interact with lab engineers & managers defining analytical methods needed to achieve expected results, meeting expectations of analyses and interpretation of results Perform basic preventive maintenance activities of analytical equipment as needed.
  • Assure smooth operation by minimizing stand-by and idle time Perform necessary sample preparation techniques (ex.
  • TEM/SEM sample preparation etc.) to enable subsequent analyses to be conducted Use standard software applications for analytical job management and results reporting Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimization, cycle time, utilization and cost Assists with training others to increase efficiency Good team player, strong work ethic, train new team members as needed and other duties as assigned, and proactively promotes a positive work environment Complete all required reporting and documentation Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements Actively participate in continuous improvement processes Have a sense of urgency Other Responsibilities: Conduct routine analytical jobs using defined and documented procedures meeting or exceeding cycle time and quality standard expectations Interact with lab engineers & managers defining analytical methods needed to achieve expected results, meeting expectations of analyses and interpretation of results Required Qu alification: Education - 2 Year Technical/associate’s degree in science, Math, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing or a related discipline or equivalent military training / experience.
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal Able to perform shift work on a 12 hour per day night shift schedule.
  • Able to follow work and safety procedures for the laboratory environment.

Nice to Have

  • Semiconductor process knowledge Experience using SEM, FIB, TEM sample preparation, TEM imaging.

  • Alternating Week Shift Schedules: Shift Week 1 Week 2 B (nights) Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday 06:00PM to 06:30AM Week, 2: Sunday to Tuesday + Saturday 6:00PM to 6:30AM D (nights) Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday 06:00PM to 06:30AM, Week 2: Wednesday to Friday 06:00PM to 06:30AM *Shift schedules are subject to change.
  • Expected Salary Range $48,200.00 - $83,200.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
