• & Skills Experience in these areas is a plus, though not required: Prior experience in a Business Process or Product Owner support role, assisting in requirements management and solution validation.
• Familiarity with AI and automation concepts in commercial or operational environments; curiosity and willingness to learn emerging tools.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint ceremonies, user story writing, backlog grooming, and UAT execution.
• Experience contributing to M&A integration activities for commercial processes, systems, or data.
• Certifications such as PMP (or equivalent), Agile/Scrum Fundamentals, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, or Prosci/ADKAR.
• Experience working within the global semiconductor industry.
• Expected Salary Range $88,000.00 - $177,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
