What You'll Do
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner.
- Support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) requirements, policies, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, controls, and operational standards.
- Required Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field. 8+ years of program management, technical program management, or semiconductor product development experience.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing customer-facing issues and escalations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
