What You'll Do

• High-Performance Culture : Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company's goals and values.
• Inspirational Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and influence others to achieve organizational objectives, with a particular focus on leadership development Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Leverage exceptional communication abilities, including active listening, to build trust and establish strong rapport.
• Goal Achievement and Vision : Demonstrate creativity in identifying strategic organizational opportunities, meticulously planning, organizing, and ensuring successful completion of initiatives.
• Learning and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through the implementation of comprehensive training programs, development initiatives, mentoring, and performance management.
• Employee Relations : Cultivate and sustain positive employee relations by collaborating with leaders to address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and ensure a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Organizational Effectiveness : Collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives HR Policies and Compliance : Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters Performance Management : Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Employee Engagement : Lead initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and enhance the employee experience, thereby improving job satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace morale Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate studies in HR or related fields preferred.
• Extensive HR generalist and business partnering experience, ideally across multiple European countries.
• Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership.
• Experience supporting integrations, transformations, or multi‑country HR operations.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and cost awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior colleagues.
• High proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Expected Salary Range €55,000.00 - €88,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
