Experienced Memory Device/Bitcell Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles.
• Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, or professional credentials determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service.
• Applicants must possess experience in the following: (1) conventional device physics for designing high-performance memory bitcells; (2) CMOS integration technology to ensure manufacturable memory designs; (3) semiconductor layout design tools (e.g., Cadence); (4) semiconductor memory design methodologies; (5) developing and implementing memory bitcells, including SRAM and non-volatile memory (NVM); (6) device simulation tools HSPICE or Spectre; (7) PDK components and related business processes for device and memory enablement; (8) modern NVM technologies, such as MRAM and RRAM; and (9) statistical methods to support design, analysis, and development of memory arrays with megabit-scale capacity.
• Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic location as the assigned GlobalFoundries office location.
• Up to 10% international and domestic travel required for attending public conferences or GlobalFoundries internal project-related workshops held at GlobalFoundries sites.
• Expected Salary Range Salary: $149,465-$210,000/year The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
