What You'll Do

• Drive Business Growth Lead the Business Development & Field Application team in Japan Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to contract execution Focus on strategic engagements including: Processor IP solutions Custom silicon Software tools Own Strategic Customer Relationships Act as primary account owner for strategic key accounts Build strong relationships across engineering, purchasing, and executive levels Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer roadmaps Build and Manage Pipeline Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM management Track progress toward revenue targets Collaborate Across Teams Partner with engineering, product management, marketing, and foundry teams Align internal stakeholders to drive successful customer engagements Provide input to product roadmap based on market and customer needs Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
